Create a Transformer

The following section covers how to create a transformer.

Log on to ASI and navigate to Event Management

From the index on the left, select Transformers then CREATE

You will then be directed to the Create Transformer page:

• In the Name box, type a name for the transformer
• In the Program Path box, type the name of the transformer which must be resolvable by the ppadmin user on the BES server
• In the Program Parameters box, enter any parameters that are required by the transformer
• In the Description box, type a description that accurately reflects transformer function
• In the Debug Parameters box, enter the debug flag for the transformer if it requires one

Click APPLY to create the transformer

You will now be asked to confirm your update
